Job Requirements
Our ideal team members can follow specific direction from project managers, demonstrate true manual dexterity, understand wood frame construction principles, maintain a firm commitment to safety, and possess skills in proper tool use, accurate measuring/cutting, and framing.
Successful candidates can interpret construction plans, understand building science fundamentals, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Experience in mountain construction is a plus, as we frequently work in Colorado's unique terrain and climate conditions.
